I am so far behind!!! How does this happen?? I know how it happens. I’m doing too much with too little time. I literally don’t have time to do all this online updating, but it’s fun and it’s my release, so I’m making it fit into my day.

Anyway, I’m behind in two of the questions that we’re supposed to respond to. So, here is goes:

What is your favorite summertime drink??

Can I use Starbucks for any question? LOL I love lemondade and iced grande peppermint white chocolate mochas :)

As a kid, what did you look forward to most about summer vacation/break/holiday?

Honestly? From 1/2 of 1st grade until 9th grade I did not attend school. I lived in the country and my parents basically taught me what they thought was important. So, summer was like any other time to me except!!!!! ~ We got to go swimming in the nearby creek ponds. LOVED!

Starbucks & Yarn Swap!!
Yes, both loves at once! Be sure to head over to the blog for more information. There’s also a Ravelry group started. Don’t miss your chance to receive some Starbucks and yarn! Sign ups close June 30th or when we reach 80 participants.

I will update soon. I know it’s been over a week. How terrible of me! It’s not as if I don’t have enough blogging fodder LOL Two jobs, next week school, two swaps, designing a bag, and . . . . oh, so much more! I think I may lose my mind soon.

Anyway, YES!!! You read that right. I got the approval after 6 long months to finally finish my BS program! Yay!!! I’m so excited! I would have finished this year around November, but now that I took 6 months off because of financial difficulties I won’t be graduating until my oldest daughter graduates from high school!! How crazy is that?? After next week I should be able to tell you the specific day that I complete the course. Hopefully, it WILL be before May of next year. Can you only imagine the moolah that we’ll be spending for dual graduations??

Well, I’m off to see the wizard. Have to rise bright and early to get to work early. Ciao!

Stitch & Pitch - Los Angeles

I went, I saw, I knit!! I went with my lys group. We rented a bus and Sheryl included cool KnitWitz t-shirts in the price. I took my oldest daughter and we had a blast! Of course, my legs still hurt from walking up all the hills and all the steps!! Ugh!! We even went up 1 extra level that we didn’t need to and ended up having to go down the steps. But, after all that ascending and decending we finally found our seats and settle in to watch the game.

There was even this lady practicing some HUGE knitting.

My son was quite upset that I didn’t take him. I took my oldest daughter to Stitch & Pitch last year and apparently promised him that he could go this year. Of course I didn’t remember any of this until I had already purchased the tickets and gotten a KnitWitz shirt in my daughters size. So, that means that the whole family has to go to a game next month :)

Laminin & An Indescribable God

Today we saw another Louie Giglio video at church. I absolute LOVE his zeal. He totally puts God in a new perspective and really helps me to see God as more than the small God that I’ve envisioned Him to be my whole life. Here are a couple of great videos from Louie Giglio. Please leave a comment and tell me what you think. What new things have you learned from these videos?

Here is a portion of the video that we saw today:
